Terms of Service - Arena's Auto Detailing
By booking or receiving services from Arena's Auto Detailing, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. General Agreement
These Terms of Service apply to all Black Line Detailing services. By scheduling or receiving an auto detailing service, you, the client, agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Usage of Water & Electricity
For mobile detailing services performed at your location, we require access to a working electrical outlet and water spigot within 100 feet of the vehicle. By scheduling a service, you agree to provide safe and reasonable access to these utilities.
We are not responsible for any utility costs incurred during the service, as usage is extremely minimal.
3. Vehicle Condition Requirements
To ensure an efficient and thorough detailing service:
We advise you to remove all trash and personal belongings before the service, if not, we will remove it all ourselves.
We reserve the right to decline service or apply an additional fee if the vehicle is excessively dirty, contains hazardous materials, or requires the removal of personal items before work can begin.
We are not responsible for loss or damage to any personal items left inside the vehicle.
4. Service Guarantee
We strive for the highest quality in our detailing services.
If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion so we can address your concerns.
Any issues reported after this time frame may not be eligible for a re-clean or refund.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee or denial of future service.
6. Weather Policy
For mobile detailing services, appointments may be rescheduled due to inclement weather at our discretion.
7. Liability
We take great care with every vehicle. In the rare event that damage occurs as a direct result of our services or negligence, we will take full responsibility and reimburse the cost of repairs or replacement.
Damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or wear and tear that may become apparent during or after the cleaning process.
8. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged personally with the customer.
We accept cash, checks, Venmo, Cash App, and Paypal.
9. Service Distance
If your location is not listed, services may still be available provided you are within a reasonable distance of Cumberland County. A travel fee will apply for locations exceeding 25 miles from Enola Pennsylvania.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. The most current version will be posted here on our website.
